Everywhere you look, you’ll find the atmosphere to be as inspiring as our food. Balanced by both culinary expertise and natural aesthetics, Pirogue Grille offers a rich, flavorful experience for all your senses. With 70 seats, the restaurant offers an intimate setting and superb service. The inviting interior blends wood, brick, original artwork and metalwork to create a casually elegant atmosphere. Tables are covered with white linen topped with a sheet of white butcher paper that lets you create your own original piece of art by doodling with the provided crayons. An open archway with views of the chefs at work adds a bit of drama to the main dining room. This allows the guests to employ all five senses while observing the preparation of their food.

The restaurant also has a private dining room that is known as "The Journey Room". It can be utilized by groups up to twenty-two for meetings or just a private celebration. This room can be reserved on most evenings and is quite popular so reserve early to ensure you get the date you want.
