Lovely, lovely, lovely place — a real treasure!
We had done some TA research to find a special place for dinner during our one-night stay in Bismarck, part of a long road trip vacation to National Parks. What an outstanding surprise Pirogue was, starting with the quiet, tastefully contemporary atmosphere. Our servers (Kristine and Liz shared that responsibility) were very friendly, professional and attentive, giving us great suggestions during the meal…Elegant atmosphere, wonderful staff, terrific food…what more could we ask?! (Other than we wish we lived closer.) Highly recommend!!?

I do say they serve an excellent selection and the food is spectacular! Service is also excellent and I will definitely be scheduling a reservation again. Best place in Bismarck!

I love this place! No other restaurant can compare! You must visit. The food is prepared by a chef. Locally sourced meat, chicken, fish and veggies. The best!

I went to Pirogue with a friend-sat in the bar. Had a delish lamb burger, home made chips, a beet salad and a perfectly made old fashioned. Superb!
