Being open for evening dining only brings with it certain expectations regarding food, service, and atmosphere. Pirogue Grille’s atmosphere and culinary offerings are designed to ensure those expectations are met. Success depends much on the team members recruited to execute the daily tasks.

Line Cook Position

  • Full-time & Part-time, Evenings only
  • Expected hours per week- 35 to 40
  • Staff meal provided daily
  • Pay scale for this position is $18 – $21 per hour depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stay on your feet for an entire shift of 8 hours
